Unbearable pain

I have MRKH and am 48 years old. I had my son 14 years ago through IVF surrogacy. For the past 6 months I have had lower left back pain and pain in my left pelvic area. I have had a CT and ultrasound which showed (I believe as still awaiting results) a cyst on my left ovary. I have been told that because it is near to my bone and close to the surface that this is what’s causing the pain. I have an appointment to discuss the results next Thursday - am I in my right to ask to have it removed ? The pain is unbearable not from unbearable pain (some days worse than others) but because of the constant ‘nagging’ pain that feels like pins and needles and sometimes ‘gurggling’ in that area? Any help / advice would be appreciated. Many thanks, Tracey

Re: Unbearable pain

Hi Tracey , so we would suggest waiting to have your consultation as an expert review of scan taking into account your MRKH it will make it easier to guide you. You need more information before making the decision.
Wishing you well.
