High white cell count

I was told that my smear was normal but there was a high white cell count which could indicate an infection being fought. I have pain in sex, very bad pain before my period and a constant cycle of thrush and BV. I'd like to be tested for hpv but gynaecology referrals keep focusing on "meeting criteria for ivf referral" which I don't and they said a laproscopy wasn't allowed if I were to have an ivf referral. Where can I get a hpv test? and if I need a laproscopy but don't have one and somehow manage to get pregnant even though its high unlikely would any presence of growths cause miscarriage anyway?
