What non-invasive non-hormonal treatments are available for helping endometriosis pain please ?

Unfortunately most treatment does involve surgery or hormones. At present the only other real option available are different types of pain relief - painkillers, pain modulators, use of a TENS machine. It is probably worth speaking to your GP or gynaecologist who may be able to refer you to a specialist pain clinic.
