I sometimes have bad stomach cramps and have trouble going to toilet, is this just constipation as only seems to happen now and again.

Thanks for posting. You are describing constipation, but I would need more detail to be able to help any further. This would be regarding frequency of bowel habits, hard/soft, straining, how long has this been an issue, do you get diarrhoea/rectal bleeding, your age, diet.
