Problems sleeping

Hi I'm having problems sleeping about 2 hours per night if I'm lucky, I've tried milky drinks, relaxing baths, no sounds and complete darkness and nothing seems to be working - can you suggest anything please ? Thank you, Dee

Re: Problems sleeping

Hi Dee, thanks for your question. The recommend first-line therapy for insomnia is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, this can either be done face to face or there are digital programmes that are available, some on the NHS in England, that should help you improve your sleep.
