I had a anterior and posterior pelvic floor repair after a hysterectomy three years ago and for the past year and having a worsening issue with incontinence. Sometimes urge incontinence can develop after prolapse surgery and your history is suggestive. A continence advisor would be the logical first step for you and can be accessed via your GP.

I think advice from a Continence specialist would be helpful, as Mr Harding suggests. Simple things such as reducing caffeine intake may help in the meantime, as well as pelvic floor exercises. Good luck.
