Hi I have a very active bladder and have to pee urgently and frequently. Recently I pass a little urine without knowing, only in feeling wet. I have tried various (prescribed medications including different combinations of). My local hospital says the next step is botox which I do not want. Have you any alternative treatment ideas, without risk of impotence? Thank you.

Perhaps you should talk to a urologist about sacral neuromodulation if you are not keen on Botox. Just to clarify Botox is not associated with impotence.
