Should we try botox injections again?

My husband had a stroke nearly five years ago and he is still suffering from an overactive bladder.
It’s taken over and is ruining our lives, he visits the toilet every ten minutes or so and sometimes does not make it.
He had Botox injections into his bladder about three years ago but at the time it did not work .
Do you think he should try it again

In a word "yes". Botox is an excellent treatment for overactive bladder symptoms secondary to neurological disease like a stroke - it may be that the original dose could be increased?
