Why do you start weeing again?

Why after you finished passing urine and stand up to dry yourself you start weeing again?

There are a number of possible reasons for this. If its a small amount then it may be due to an insufficient pelvic floor contraction at the end of the void which is usually the body's mechanism for making sure the last few drops of urine are expelled. If it is a larger amount then it could be due to a contraction of the bladder muscle on standing. Maybe a consultation with a continence advisor would help?

Each case has to be dealt with on its merits and specialist review by your general practitioner or continence nurse specialist with onward referral to a urologist would be appropriate.
