Vitamin D for ACNE???

I don't know if vitamin D would cure acne, but i know my nephew has tried all sorts of things but it only works for a short while unfortunately. His mum bought a digital book called How to Beat Prickly Heat and followed the instructions they both found it had incredible results. His acne isn't completely gone but it reduced massively which was amazing as he really was getting quite depressed. The sunshine certainly helped my nephews acne so vitamin D as in any vitamin can only be a good thing, give it a go, good luck and keep on smiling
