Reducing Acne Scars

Hi guys
I have the acne scars on my face and i face the acne problem when i was in teen age and still that scars are on my face so please some one tell me that how can i reduce these scars so please share your valuable information?

Also, another treatment to consider is laser therapy. Laser treatments are the fastest way to deal with scars and hyperpigmentation (where patches of skin become darker in colour than the normal surrounding area) left behind when acne heals, but can also be beneficial for inflammatory acne.

Mix one tablespoon water with two table spoon baking soda. Apply on face, massage on the acne scar area for 2 to 3 mins, let it dry for 10 mins. Use twice in a week.
