Hello below is the set up I have been using for 3 months now. So happy to finally be on top of my spots. It is so worth the effort.
● No dairy products
● Drink plenty of water
● Drink matcha green tea or regular green tea instead of coffee/energy drinks/black tea
● Use purechimp super face combo 2
● Use brown instead of white. For example brown rice instead of white rice.
● Cut down on sugary foods
● Exercise at least 3 times a week
I hope this helps you. After 3 months I found it’s easy to follow & it’s just all a good habit now.

If you break out around the mouth and along your jawline, tofu and other soy foods could be to blame.

Very interesting post. In my opinion, if we go natural and toxic-free, we will not suffer any skin problem. Using natural products and eating natural foods will help us prevent diseases and promote healthy body. Plus the fact that it has no side effects.

Great post. I wish diet alone would cure acne! Hasn't been the case for me - I think I have tired everything by this point. But of the food you listed the one that made the biggest effect on my acne was, to me, the most surprising. Caffeine. I didn't really understand why until I talked to the owner of where I get my acne treatment products and she explained it pretty simply - like you have. That your body needs to rest deeply in order to heal and if it isn't rested, it is stressed and balm - more acne. So I cut out caffeine and that has made a huge difference. The other stuff - not so much but that is just me. I try to drink about 10 glasses of water a day and eat healthily to give my skin a fighting chance. But before I started Ninja, I would still breakout pretty consistently. Thankfully, the combination of no caffeine, water and my Ninja products and my skin is looking better than it has since I was like 13. Woohoo!!!

That is great you have found what helps your acne, especially after trying a range of things to help. How much caffeine were you drinking? 10 glasses of water is great, any tips on getting through the water?
