New research on thyme

Has anyone else read about the new research on using thyme to treat acne? I have read about it today and wondered if anyone has any experience of this? Or know more about how you use it, do you put it in your skin or eat it or what?

I'm not sure what research you are talking about? Perhaps you have a link (if you still remember it after such a long time). I found only one study, here: https://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/jg ... _1_63/_pdf

While that study is interesting, I wouldn't get too excited yet. There's a long way from such pre-clinical research to actual, effective treatments. And most treatments that show promise in pre-clinical studies fail to be effective in the end.
