Hello!)
As a base oil, you can choose olive, apricot kernels, jojoba, coconut and even sunflower. So make the right balance between medicines and natural ingredients. I am almost certain that what I want to recommend in this case, few people have heard. It is Kokum Butter https://oilscenter.com/kokum-butter
Pay attention, there is all about oils. Kokum Butter nourishes the skin, kokum differs from other oils in that it is not comedogenic, that is, it does not clog pores. The skin after such cosmetics breathes.
I add it to my creams, scrubs and toners.
There will be no microscopic damage, scratches, cracks on the skin after the means with Kokum.
So check, consult and start using.
Good luck and I hope you will feel better=)

Hello!

I think everyone heard that the face condition depend from the condition your inside organs especially digestive organs. So if you have an acne on your face, you should understand that your liver, pancreas, stomach etc need your atten. Your healthy look directly depends from your inside health. If you've already had the acne and it still with you, you should review your diet. Minimize sugar, fry, everything that makes the load on the stomach and add more fruit, salads, vegetables.

I hope it'll help you.

From what I understand, acne has a lot of different causes - there can be some dietary/lifestyle issues (not getting enough sleep, water, too much stress, too much gross food) but most common issue is a hormonal issue which can happen at any age. I got my first bout of acne EVER when I was 35, after I had my first child. I was horrified because I had always loved my skin before then and was able to take care of it using store bought soap and moisturizer. I tried everything you can think of and everything you have heard of and likely spent thousands of wasted dollars. Now, 6 months into a new routine and thankful to say I found a system that works for me called Ninja Skincare. Pretty small company I think but their hand-holding, finding the right products for me and my skin has literally saved me - my skin, my self esteem! my marriage!! They are the ones that taught me what causes it and in my case it was definitely the horomonal surge after having a baby. Good luck and stay positive! It can clear up!

Acne is generally caused by hormonal changes in the body. As this rises androgen hormone levels, the oil glands increase the levels of oil, known as sebum. When pores get filled with excessive sebum, it gets lead to pimple. This happens differently for different people depends on their skin. Skin acne can be reduced by using vinegar. It shows positive results as it balances pH level of the body and reduces the oil production.

Hormones. Androgens are hormones that increase in boys and girls during puberty and cause the sebaceous glands to enlarge and make more sebum. Hormonal changes related to pregnancy and the use of oral contraceptives also can affect sebum production and there are some foods like Fried chips, crackers, and cookies. White bread and pasta.

We know from laboratory investigations that PRP can help improve specific growth factors that are essential in the healing method. What we do not know is if this performs any diversity in healing when PRP is inserted into a damaged part of the body.
Clinical studies that have been made so far do not clearly confirm if PRP is more efficient than other treatments. While there are records of cases of benefit, it is not known if these benefits are better, or dangerous than other regular treatments. Currently, investigations are underway to discover if PRP is more helpful than other methods for chronic tendonitis.
