Make a cotton wafer in the apple cider vinegar, then apply the cotton to the skin. Wrap a portion in a bandage for 15 to 30 minutes and wash the skin. Repeat a few weeks every day. The acidity of apple cider vinegar breaks the tissue around the skin plate and lets it fall.

I had a nasty one in my armpit that was hanging down about 1 inch, drove me crazy. I got rid of it by twisting it 180 degrees, then taping if to my skin with a bandage. Within 3 days it turned black and fell off, and there was no bleeding at all, came off clean. You can also tie the blood supply off with dental floss or thin fishing line, with the same results.
