Is this acne?
Hi everyone!
I’m a 31 year old female.
Symptoms - large T-zone pores, very tiny and soft pink bumps across my forehead, temples, and cheeks (they are about the size of two pinheads). It makes my skin feel uneven. Seems worse in the mornings, and the spots don’t seem to move.
I did not suspect pimples/acne because I still get the occasional zit and these are different. They’re very small and there’s many, they have no head (just a small pink bump), and they don’t seem to go anywhere. However, the pinkness does fade and return I guess with irritation or some sort of inflammation?
I thought rosacea but I have no redness, the areas just look red-ish from afar because of the many little bumps, so I have ruled that out.
Please help?

Hi canthurttotry
Thank you for your post. Please have a look at the skin online clinic we ran last month. There was a section just relating to acne which you can see here, https://www.talkhealthpartnership.com/f ... php?f=1199 and which you may find useful.
Kind regards.
