Help!

I am 63 years old and have been clear of acne for years (except for the odd spot) after taking two coursed of Roaccutane. Recently I have developed one big spot after another. I haven't changed my diet or my skincare regime so I don't understand what is going on!! I am so afraid that this is the start of my severe acne returning after all these years. People often compliment me on my skin and how young I look. This was after years of suffering from severe acne. I was coming to terms with the scarring that was left on my face but I didn't expect to have to deal with active lesions again. Is anyone else in the same situation as me?

:(
