Please help me

Can some one please tell me what this is? And how do I get rid of it. Tiny bumps on my forehead and chin that won't go away, and pimples on my shoulders and also constant nose pimples. I have tried alot of OTC products and facewashs but nothing seem to work. It's been 2 years of constant trying

Re: Please help me

Hello,

Thanks for the picture and the background. This is most likely acne and should respond to tablet medications. Have you seen your GP to discuss treatment and/or a referral to the hospital?

Best wishes,

Sree

Re: Please help me

The one on your nose looks like nodular acne. This is classified as severe acne and the OTC you are using can only treat mild acne and moderate acne. Severe acne requires oral medication to cure it, so see your doctor.
You've wasted two years of treatment time. Oral medications can only be prescribed by a dermatologist. Even with the help of a doctor, you will need a longer period of time to recover.
Help you get rid of acne.

Try antibiotics that the doctor prescribes.
