Rapid onset of acne around jaw

Rapid onset of acne around jaw after IUD insertion. I am age 22 and recently got an IUD. About three weeks after the IUD, I started getting weird jaw/chin acne right under my mouth and even bordering my lips. I have tried so many treatments including spironalactone, adapalene combo, and clindamycin phosphate. I am stuck and so lost! My dermo put me on an antibiotic about 1 week about but no progress has been made. I swear a new pimple pops up in the same cluster around my mouth/chin everyday. I’m so insecure now and I am ready to give up on my skin. Please help!
