Can anyone help potential form of acne?

Hi all,

I’ve got these stubborn small spots on the side of my face round the eyebrows and lower.
I’ve tried different cleansers, apple cider vinegar and other home remedies to get rid of them, but I’ve had no luck.
Anyone got any ideas?
