Hello - URL's in signatures are not permitted in our forums - see forums rules - viewtopic.php?f=159&t=2830 and http://www.talkhealthpartnership.com/forum_rules.php
You may add an image to your profile by going to control panel and selecting profile and edit avatar. Images have to be less than 2kb and no bigger than 90 pixels.
