Acne and Scars

Im 16, almost 17 im in my first year of college and I have had acne since year 8. Its been years and ive got to the stage where I can't cope with it anymore. I used to not mind so much when I was younger, now being in college its making me so self conscious and paranoid, and I sometimes even stop myself from going out as I hate people seeing my skin. Im always doing research about which foundations have best coverage and I have spent so much money on expensive foundations and concelears to try and hide my acne to make myself feel better. I also have acne on my back so as it is getting to summer it restricts me from wearing vests etc, as i am too worried for people to see my back. I have been on most medications and creams for my acne, even been transferred to the hopsital. Nothing works for me!!
Does anyone have any ideas or advice?
Or any suggestions on ways I can cover my acne/scars? :(

Re: Acne and Scars

Go for a better and expert skin specialist if you have a serious problem regarding acne. If not a very big problem then apply natural and home made remedies to deal with this skin problem.

Re: Acne and Scars

Its a very common problem that most of the young people have to face. Hormonal change brings this problem to our skin. It's better to take healthy food included green vegetables.

Thank you for the support and advice between each other in the forums. Our acne hub is also a great place to read about acne and possible treatments...

Re: Acne and Scars

Acne is a very common problem among teenagers. There are many ways to treat them, naturally or by cosmetic procedure. Treating acne and scars naturally is the safest but time consuming method. Cosmetic procedures gives you the fast result but you should be careful because it may have a negative affect on our skin. Look for experienced and specialized dermatologist, so that you can be at ease.
