lump below testicle

Hi I have a small (pea sized) lump suspended just below and attached to my right testicle . The lump,which is hard and not at all painful was first noticed at the beginning of march . I should add that I am 67 years old and had a vasectomy at age 29.

Thank you for the useful information. Given your age, this is unlikely to be anything serious, since serious testis problems tend to occur in younger men. It is entirely possible that this has arisen in someway as a consequence of the vasectomy. However, it would be sensible to get it checked out with your doctor, who may feel that an ultrasound scan is indicated.
