Numbness

Hi, I'm getting a bit concerned about an intermittent problem I'm experiencing with numbness in my left testicle. There are no lumps or pain but the testicle sometimes goes numb and stays like it for a day or two, then the feeling returns. Due to covid I haven't yet seen my Dr so thought i'd ask here. Thanks

It is unlikely to be anything serious, especially since you can identify no swellings, pain or lumps. However, it would be sensible to get this checked out with your doctor, when you are able.
