Hi

I have had what I believe to be a form of contact dermatitis for approx 2 years now. I have been seeing a dermatologist regularly via the NHS. Treatments tried thus far:
Pro topic ointment 0.01%
Hydrocortisone 1%
Elocon 0.1%
Nizoral 2%
Sebclair
Plus numerous creams initially prescribed by GP and ones I have sourced online.

It seems with every cream prescribed they work initially for approx 1 to 2 weeks. I see a reduction in redness and itchiness. However after this the cream seems to be ineffective and it comes back with a vengeance.

It has also spread as started out as a pea sized area on the each of my beard and is now most of my left cheek.

Any help/advice would be appreciated. Back with the dermatologist in October
