Bleeding and concerned

Hi, I’ve been on everol conti for 6 months and I’ve had a bleed every month I’ve been on them. My breasts are also swollen and heavy. Should I be worried or be looking to change to another hrt?

Many thanks for your question. There are a number of factors that need to be considered when discontinuing or changing one's HRT.

I would recommend a consultation with your GP as they would have your full medical history and therefore can advise you better. There are many different types of HRT, with lots of different ways of taking them. The best one for you will be dependant on your medical history and also your current menopausal symptoms.

I am sorry I can not be more specific but I do strongly suggest discussing with your GP as they have your full medical record, which is very important in this situation.
