Unable to hold back

I find myself often running to the toilet and unable to hold back. I don't drink much through the day to try and stop this, but when I do drink a lot I need to go every hour. Is there anything I can do to reduce the amount of times I need to go to the loo, as this is affecting my work and family life? I would prefer not to have to take any additional medication.

The urgency and difficulties holding on that you are experiencing may be due to overactive bladder. I've given a reply to one of the other questions about how this can be managed. Try the link below:
