Too young to be incontinent

I’ve suffered from dribbles after urinating for over 5 years however recently I’ve had a couple of full-blown accidents and wet myself in front of work colleges and have started leaking without realising and am leaving myself visibly wet. I need some advice with how to deal with this and do I need to start thinking about some kind of slip/pad? I’m so embarrassed and slightly confused as to why at 26 I wet myself

Your help and suggestions would be appreciated. Dave

Re: Too young to be incontinent

Such problems can occur at any age for a variety of reasons.
I would suggest that you see your GP and he/she could refer you on to a Urologist for further investigations if needed. There's no need to be embarrassed, these sort of problems are far more common than you think and can very often be effectively treated.
