overactive bladder

I have been told I have an overactive bladder, which means I need to go as soon as I need to go. Quite often I find large queues for the ladies toilet, but struggle not to wet myself. Sometimes I need to use the disabled toilet but find it locked. I mentioned this to a friend and she said that people with bladder conditions can get a radar key. Is this true? would I be able to get something like this without having a physical disability?

Re: overactive bladder

Yes, many people with overactive bladder have purchased RADAR keys. I believe that the Bladder and Bowel community even provide a complimentary one with their home delivery service. There are also 'just can't wait' cards available.
