Eczema on eyelids
Hello
I have recently started suffering from intensely itchy eyelids which seems a bit like eczema. I am trying hard to narrow down any triggers but have so far failed. Over the course of a day it can be intensely itchy and then later feel fine but with no particular pattern. I am not using anything on my face except water to wash and Aveeno to moisturise as suggested by my pharmacist but it does not seem to be really making much difference. Do you have any suggestions while I wait to see my GP?
Thanks

Re: Eczema on eyelids
Hi
Thank you for your message. A number of rashes can appear on the eyelids and so seeing your GP or Dermatologist for diagnosis is recommended. In the meantime a regular non perfumed moisturiser can help repair the skin barrier.
I hope this is helpful.
Best wishes
