moles/freckles
How can i tell the difference between a mole and large freckle? And if a large freckle grows, should I get it checked?

Re: moles/freckles
Dear Felicity,
Thank you for your question. Often there is not much difference between a freckle and a mole on a clinical examination by a non specialist. The most important is to check any lesion with a GP or specialist if it looks suspicious. If a skin lesion changes or looks irregular in colour, shape or border it is advisable to see your GP or dermatologist to have it checked.
I hope this is helpful.
