signs/symptoms of kidney problems
What are the common signs or symptoms someone would experience if they had undiagnosed problems with their kidneys? How would you know if something was wrong?

Re: signs/symptoms of kidney problems
In the majority of patients with kidney disease/problems there are no symptoms unless the kidneys are failing dramatically. The abnormality is usually picked up in a blood test (serum creatinine) which is regularly monitored in patients at risk of developing kidney problems (Diabetics, hypertensives, certain medications, urinary stone disease etc).
Of course one can experience kidney pain (in the back area below the ribs on each side) with kidney stones and infection.
Hope this answers your questions.
