No itching

I have recently been diagnosed with LS 4 weeks ago. I don't get any itching at all is this because I started using eastrogen pessaries back in October for vaginal atrophy.

Re: No itching

Although itching is the main symptom for most people with lichen sclerosus, it is not always a problem. Other conditions such as thrush or vaginal atrophy post-menopause can certainly cause itch, so it is good to hear that the pessaries have helped you so well. Lichen sclerosus can quieten down and need little in the way of long-term treatment, but it would be good to be medically examined to be certain that all is quiet.
