Seeking advice for son

Hi, my son has been dealing with this since his early 20's practically bald now he doesn't mention that it bothers him think he's got used to it. But would like advice please. Thank you

Hello and thank you for your post.

Treatment options for hair loss very much depend on the cause. However as your son has lost virtually all his hair from an early age it is unlikely that any medical or surgical treatment would achieve an acceptable cosmetic result regardless of cause. There are however many cosmetic hair systems, some of which are affixed onto the scalp on a semi-permanent basis which he could consider should he wish. Ultimately hair loss affects people very differently and equally if your son is not or no longer concerned by the hair loss that is also totally fine, but if he wants to know his options I would recommend he sees a Dermatologist with expertise in hair.
