DSAP

I’d like to know more about a skin condition I’ve been diagnosed with in September last year after a biopsy it's called DSAP …all I’ve been told is there is no cure and I have a small chance it could turn to skin cancer and apparently very limited treatment. Any information would be much appreciated because although not a lot of dermatologist have a knowledge of DSAP there are thousands of suffers throughout the world. Thank you

Re: DSAP

Thank you for your question. A few treatments can be tried which occasionally work including enstilar, aldara, efudix.
I hope this is helpful.
