Asthma

With winter fast approaching it is so important to look after yourself .What helpful tips do you have for keeping those asthma attacks at bay. I think it's worth remembering to take a scarf to wrap across your mouth and nose. Those biting winds can play havoc with any type of breathing condition.Share your tips on how you protect yourself from the cold damp foggy days that are fast approaching .

Re: Asthma

In my opinion, every parent should be more careful about the weather and their child's daily activity as if somehow their child has asthma then it may cause the great issue. Here are some things every parent should try for their child with doctors advised treatment.

Always make sure that their child should not roam outside home for a long time especially on winter and rain

Always give a warm treatment to your kid when he/she returns home

Make sure your child must return home before cold getting in weather

if your planning for outdoor then it would be wise to sent someone with him/her who can keep eye on him

During sleep try to use some therapy like salt therapy using salt -air(easy to get from stores like "salinetherapy"), which will help to maintain surrounding air for easy to breath

Finally always keep contact with local GP
