ASDA "living with Asthma"

ASDA's magazine has a 2 page section called "living with Asthma" the magazine is free so worth a read.

It covers what is asthma, who is a t risk, help from the pharmacy, taking control, and a check list - TalkAsthma will have al this information so please do have a look around - if you are popping out to asda for the shopping why not pick it up for a read.

If you are doing the shopping, if possible pick the organic produce, if i remember correctly their are approx. 3000 "recorded" chemicals used in our foods! Reduce the chemicals you eat and use organic if you can.
