strange question maybe

my name is david i have hurge incontinence witch was bad enough but three years ago i had prostate cancer witch i had surgery to remove and as expected ED happend and the continence got worse
i was given a vacume pump help the ED was quite strange at first but managed to master it.
but my wife now on her third hip replacement his not interested any more for sex as it hurts her trying so i am looking for any addvice or info on how to deal with it cant get to see the docs and talk as they wont see you only by phone . maybe this is knot relevent to this topic but hope some one can help
ps i am 69 and wife 74 but very active till the hip problem started.

Many thanks for your question. Im sorry to hear of your troubles. There are several options for men with ED following radical prostatectomy. These include tablet therapy, vacuum/traction devices (like the one you have used), injectable therapy into the penis, and penile implant surgery which is carried out by specialists in selected departments in the UK. Please contact your GP to refer you to your local urologist, who will know how best to proceed. I hope this helps.
