Sleep problem
I am 43 yo male and suffering a sleep problem. I wake up every night after about 3/4 hours sleep needing to pee.
I’ve done a urine sample at gp and nothing seemed to show up.
I ensure I don’t drink caffeine past 2pm and in the evening avoid alcohol and indeed any fluids after 7pm.
Waking up I often have an erection/need to pee. The amount of urine is not that much maybe 150-200ml.
Any help please it’s having adverse affect on quality of life/wrk.
Thanks

Re: Sleep problem
Many men think they wake up needing to go to the bathroom when in fact they are waking for another reason (e.g. pain, sleep apnoea, snoring, partner moving, etc.) and then deciding the need to pee. It may be worth investigating other possible causes for your waking.
