Slow urine flow after infection
Slow urine flow after infection
Had a bladder yeast infection 4 months ago treated with anti-fungal meds. Symtoms of urgency, bladder soreness never went. Gynie said no prolapse but vaginal atrophy so been on vaginal estrogen cream for just over 3 months. I have urgency in my urethra a lot & tingling and a decreased urine flow. Will it all ever get back to normal?

Re: Slow urine flow after infection
In terms of the slow flow, I would have thought that any swelling associated with the infection would have subsided after 4 months ( swelling at time of infection is often the cause of slow flow). However I would be keen to ensure the infection has not returned - that would be the first thing to rule out. If no infection then the slow flow and urethral symptoms may need looking into further.
