Hi....I eat a fairly balanced diet and am not particularly fat. I've read a bit about foods that may be worse for arthritis ie nightshade family, sugar, alcohol...that certain berries and cider vinegar are good (and turmeric n ginger) any thoughts on anything I can do related to what I can eat and drink to help? Thanks deb
