If I live more healthily, will my ED get better? To what extent will this help? Thank you

The answer is yes. It is crucial to have a healthy lifestyle and diet. Regular aerobic exercise (150 minutes) per week, Mediterranean diet, smoking cessation, maintaining a healthy weight, ensuring normal blood pressure, normal LDL (bad) cholesterol and blood glucose levels are all important factors in preventing ED and cardiovascular disease. There have been many research studies to date showing the correlation between the aforementioned healthy lifestyle changes and maintaining normal erectile function.
