Hi Everyone.

I'm new here from the Philippines. I'm a 56 year old personal trainer,power lifter and kiddie book author and Father and husband to 4 kids and my wife. I was diagnosed to have bipolar 1 disorder back in 2008. my meds are Seroquel and Epival.
