I'm glad for you, navneet2020. Losing weight is an ongoing process. Even when you lose the weight you have to keep it off. Like just because you've lost a stone does not mean you can go back to eating fry-ups and sweets: the weight would pile back on.
Losing weight is about healthy food choices and exercise. No pill or quick-fix diet is a long-term solution to weight loss. It'll take time, but if weight comes off steady and slowly, anyone will get back into shape. BUT even then you have to watch what you're eating and what exercises you're doing.
NOTE: I would NEVER advise anyone starve themselves to lose weight: it can lead to health issues that may not be able to be rectified. Too much food: you put on weight. Too little food: you get tired/bored/hungry/restless/unable to sleep/loss of energy/loss of concentration/body organ problems: the list goes on. Basically DON'T starve yourself - anyone - to become thin. I can't emphasize that enough. Plus, you can end up heavier than before you took up a diet.
