Girls as young as 7 fretting about their weight
The Telegraph have published a worrying piece about how girls as young as 7 are worrying about their weight: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/10 ... ut-weight/
What are your thoughts? If you have young children do you worry about their relationship with eating and food?

Even when I’m publicly trying to lose weight, I don’t like it! Positive judgement is still judgement. And as you’ve said it makes you feel bad about how you looked before. I’m also shy and I don’t want that sort of attention.

This is a tricky one with no right or wrong answer. I think the only thing you can do is try to have a normal relationship with food generally so that children see their parents eating a wide range of healthy foods. And of course exercise.

Great advice. I totally agree with the point, eat healthy food and do exercise daily.
so your children follow your footprints.
Thanks!!
