I am totally agree with the point of which mentioned above"I know your energy is being spent on many things so just do just what you can, try and do some short intense exercise maybe once a day, say for 1-2 minutes. :)"

Hi mumapanda.

It may be worth discussing with your gp or health professional in regards to an exercise referal scheme. With the health conditions mentioned its important your exercise is managed correctly.

Exercises I would suggest would be Aqua aerobics. Pilates. Tai chi. Yoga. Walking. Always make the instructor aware of your conditions. Working with an instructor who is qualified in cardio conditions or similar would be the safest way to proceed.
