Hello, according to me reducing weight is an easy task if you are eating a balanced diet and exercise regularly. There are also fat burners which helps to lose weight.

If you want to lose weight, remember that it is all about the diet and that working out extensively will not produce the output. Here are some of the things you need to keep in mind when going about your diet.
Have a high-protein breakfast. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. Drink water a half hour before meals. Choose weight loss-friendly foods. Eat soluble fiber. Drink coffee or tea. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Eat your food slowly.

it all about what you eat and exercise can help on burning what you eat.
energy in = energy out + energy stored.
you may want to increase your energy out or decrease the energy in for your stored energy(fats) to be consumed.

Hi there friend!

I don't think there is a "quick" way to lose weight but hey, I'm here to give you a few tips.

1. Diet
Having a good diet is a must in losing weight. Eating more fruit and vegetables is the ideal way to reduce unhealthy fat intake. I think when it comes to diet, preparing healthy meals with good proportion is the key. Having good control is great.

2. Workout
Diet+Workout = weight loss. Its that simple actually. Having the right balance between these can make you drop around 20 pounds in 1-2 months easy. The hard part is having to balance your time. Going to the gym is going to be difficult to squeeze in your time. But allotting at least 1-2 hours a day, 3 days a week, should be fine.

3. Mind set
This is a no brainer. If you would have a negative mind set and slouch your way all day, then you're not gonna lose weight at all.

Good sleep, consuming red tea (among others), lowering inflammation and detoxifying your body are the fastest methods of losing weight. There are fat burning hormones in the body, the trick is getting them to be switched on so you are burning more calories throughout the day.

To lose a single pound in a week you have to create a 3500 calorie deficit through diet and exercise. Calorie deficit means you have to consume less or burn more than you need.

The more negative energy balance you will be able to create a day, the more fast you will be able to lose weight. For a faster weight loss you have to put your body into extreme diet. It's ok to follow an extreme diet if your goal is losing 7-8 pounds but if the goal is big then you should take a moderate approach.

You should try to burn 150 calories through exercise and cut 350 from diet and this way you can easily lose 1 pound in a week and 4 in a month. This is a healthy and long lasting method of weight loss.
