The answer is –The best diet for weight loss is the one you can stick to.

Weight loss is the most common topic right now. Everyone wants to be fit. Most of us have tried so many different diets. But we haven’t got the results, what we are looking for?

It’s all about to have the right amount of food intake. Everyone is offering free diet plan on Google. No one is sharing the real truth.

How does it work? It can’t be same for everyone. It’s pure science. It depends on the goal you have in your mind. There is no shortcut to losing weight. You have to be patient, consistent to get the result you really want. We hear often, Bodybuilding is about 70% diet & 30 % exercise. I would say, It’s 50 % of both. But you have to be 100% determined to make it happen.

If you want to make it a lifestyle, Wanna fit forever. Don’t go for weight loss surgery or any shortcut. Yes, it depends on the condition. But if you are having a scope to lose weight or building muscles. Try to do it naturally, Which is possible if you do it in the right direction. It's all about healthy diet & exercise program with 100% determination​.

Yes I agree with you that only a few people can get results from diets shared all over internet. The point to be noted is that every diet does not suit everybody and also many diets are local to one country and it is not feasible to source the ingredients in other countries. Also, one should identify what goes well according to body type and also losing weight naturally is highly recommendable.

Weight loss is the most trending topic nowadays. The best diet for weight loss is to eat protein, fat, fruits and vegetables with low carb. Also you should cut back sugar and carbs. In addition to this regular exercise is one of the important factor to lose weight.

There are different weight loss diet plans, so you need to decide which one is suitable for you. Many people try antioxidant in their, but if you are also planning the same, first you need to know how do antioxidants help in weight Loss. There are also some Mouth watering smoothies that induce weight loss. You can also go for vegan diet plan – Go organic! But I agree that whatever you follow, stick to it!

I totally agree with your point, except for the 50%-50% part when it comes to diet vs exercise. I truly believe it's 70%-30%, if not more! Maintaining the optimum diet is key to having a fit shape, if you're putting a lot of efforts in exercising only and you're eating anything you want, you'll never reach your target shape.

People become overweight it’s common. But the question is how and why people become overweight.
Simply you can define how many calories women need in each day and also how many men need every day.

On average women need 3500 calories each day. On the other hand, men need 4500 calories. Moreover, it depends on height, activity level, current weight, metabolic health, and others.

While most the people are taking more calories each day. That`s the main problem because people are having additional calories but they do not burn them off by doing exercise, dieting or taking supplements. These three thing are essential to follow for those who intend to be fit physically and mentally.
Get low calorie food within your daily meal. Include broccoli, carrot, spinach, ladies finger, cucumber. However burning your calories in every day by doing an exercise program would be great for you.

Write down everyday meal list:

Wake up early in the morning and drink 500 ml full glass quality water with sliced lemon and mix two spoon honey and drink it. See what happen, it will magically boost your energy in the early morning.

Daily meal habit in fix period of time
Get fruits, at least 4 portions and vegetable in every day.
Give priority to whole grain cereals.
Milk, Honey, Fish, seafood and lean meat with your daily meal.
Eat less food with a high sugar content, saturated fat, and cholesterol.

Everyone is offering free diet plan on the different social platform. But we don`t get any benefit in most of the case. Reality is the lack of seriousness about own health. Those who are pretty much dedicated to their own health. They are supposed to take the exercise program, dieting plan or supplement. You have to choose yourself which options are the best for your body. For men, most like to build their muscle and get fit for that. But Women are different; they intend to be fit physically and mentally.

Yoga can be the best option for both men and women. Yoga can make a connection you body, mind and soul that brings you peace and happiness. Getting fit it is obvious. But getting strong with muscle by gym would be preferable. Especially for women, yoga is absolute, because it is a mind gaming exercise with body and soul. While doing yoga easily you can connect with your body and mind.

However, it depends on numerous facts that which would be suitable for you to be fit. Do not go for weight loss surgery and any shortcut. Always try to do naturally. If your condition supports that get a right direction. You should have to determine that you will take a balanced diet with quality fruits and exercise program. Without a balanced diet with quality fruits and exercise program, it is quite impossible to weight loss.

1. Don't bypass breakfast
