How do I gain weight?

I have a problem, and I’ve been facing this since senior high. I’m already 24 but my weight is only 105 pounds. I tried to eat a lot, with what my friends have suggested. But I don’t see any progress. I also work at night time, where I do events in a foreign organization, so I think this might be the reason why I’m having a hard time gaining at least enough weight. I need your advice everyone! Please!!!

Hey walter do not get disheartened. You must try consuming foods with high carbs that add weight naturally. Do not eat empty carbs such as sugar though. Do not take any pills for this and do it in a steady and organic fashion. These things take time but prove to be more effective and healthier in the long run.

Okay, this might be due to one of these reasons:
- You're not having enough sleep.
- You're stressing a lot and not having enough rest.
- The most obvious and common reason, you're not having the right nutrition.
- You don't workout or do any kind of exercise.
If you have any of these habits, try to change them, and you might want to consult a nutrition specialist in order to tell you what nutrition does your body exactly needs.

Simple just consume more calories than you need.Try to eat high calorie foods like:

Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, etc.

Dried fruit: Raisins, dates, prunes and others.

High-fat dairy: Whole milk, full-fat yogurt, cheese, cream.

Fats and Oils: Extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil.

Create A calorie rich diet and try to follow it constantly.
