Knowing how hard to push yourself, Exhaustion, Crippling soreness, and Self-doubt is the most important aspect to fitness, hands down, is consistency. If you stop and start, you’re not going to see any results. And that goes for both exercise and dieting.

I think the most important is a healthy diet but also discipline. It is often very easy to give up because loosing weight is not easy. :-(
